What you are ordering
Boostrivo provides the SEO service, target market, package and duration selected at checkout. The package description sets the scope; extra work requires an agreed quote. Prices and currency are shown before payment. Packages are one-time prepaid purchases, not automatically renewing subscriptions.
Onboarding and delivery
After payment confirmation, we review your website and contact you to agree the work schedule and required access. Services are delivered online; no physical goods are shipped. Your service schedule starts as agreed during onboarding once the necessary access and information are available. Delays in access may delay delivery.
Website changes and reporting
An initial crawl may run automatically. Our team reviews findings and agrees changes with you before modifying your website. Google reporting requires the relevant properties to be connected. Missing or delayed data will not be presented as measured results.
Your responsibilities
You must be authorised to order work for the website and share its data. Provide accurate information, review proposed changes, and keep backups before website changes. Do not send passwords or payment card details by email or through the inquiry form.
Results and cancellation
SEO takes time. Search engines control rankings, and traffic, rankings, enquiries or revenue cannot be guaranteed. Cancellation and refund requests are handled under our refund policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
